Losing a star player is nothing new to the 4-time KWL Champs, but it’s never easy!  After finishing up their 2012 postseason with a series loss to the 2012 Champion Scared Hitless, Eric Yoder informed the team he was moving to

the south.

“My wife took a job transfer and we’re heading to Kentucky!” explained Yoder. 

AJ Tate didn’t like the idea of losing Yoder, but wasn’t concerned about replacing him with another quality player, “It always sucks losing good players, but we’ll head back home, set up a board and do some tryouts!” 

A team restructure in 2010 halted the Belly Itchers reign on the KWL, but after one year of experience the Itchers once again hoisted the Cup in 2011.  Eric Yoder was a key part in that 4th championship as he broke out with a 9-0 season on the mound.

Eric played for three seasons, improving each season.

KWL Career Numbers:
.265 BA, 19 HR, 6 2B, 77 R, 64 RBI
15-8, 1.78 ERA, 225 K’s
