Pitch-out: Lukas Pederson
4/8/10 by Brian Meyers

Harder to reach for an interview then Boyz-2-men, I was finally able to catch up Lukas after his recent performance at the Airway Lanes, just before the seedy smoky bar turned into a Karaoke den of white trash. Clip board in hand, I was ready for this elusive interview oppertunity.

Some of the things that stand out about Lukas are; His love of the Packers (Farve’s ass), the Brewers (Prince Fielders ass), that he smells like bad cheese and often obsesses about water sliders. But what we all think of as "Character Flaws" are actually just a product of his home state; Wisconsin (If you have never been to Wisconsin, I suggest you don't). Although, they didn't stay long in Wisconsin, the effects last a lifetime.

After finishing High School at Portage Northern, Lukas went on to Michigan State and finished up with his Masters at WMU. His day job is working at Lakeview High School as a Counselor, but by night becomes an acoustic guitar playing performer at many local establishments (not limited to only bowling alleys). You can visit his website here: www.LukasPederson.com

Going from lukewarm to hawt in the 2009 season, Lukas really became one of the leagues stars on and off the field. In 2009, Lukas earned the Most Improved Award after hitting .431, slugging 18 Homers and driving in 45 Runs. Numbers that should no doubtable be achieved again in 2010.

What is your most memorable moment from the KWL?
Playing the Gentlemen in a rain storm. We should think about playing all games in pouring rain. It was fun.

Why doesn't McDonald's sell hotdogs?
They do. They’re just ground up in their milk shakes.

Have you ever eaten a Crayon?
Just yesterday.

What MLB player would you like to challenge to wiffleball?
Jack Cust

Other interests or activities?
Following directions, tucking my shirt in just right, counting to 12, and boiling water.
